通用装法
下载 jar 文件 → 放进服务器 plugins/ 文件夹 → 重启服务器（/reload 或重启）→ 游戏里 /plugins 确认加载成功。
版本匹配
看清插件支持的 MC 版本与核心（Spigot / Paper / Velocity），版本不符轻则报错重则崩服；Paper 服兼容性最好。
前置依赖
不少插件需要前置（Vault / PlaceholderAPI 等），下载页 Dependencies 里列出的要先装。
注意
这是服务端插件，装在服务器上，玩家客户端不用装（除非说明里标注客户端也要装）。
